What do i do

Everyone's got the right to demand and expect.
But how many of you will take a step back and empathize with the problems we blogshop owners are facing? Its not all glamourous with prada and chanel. There are down times. Especially when i operate alone.

I can be very honest with you.
Without all of you, my supportive customers (a couple turned out to be friends eventually), i won't be where i am today.
At times i want to give up.
But when i've re-charged, i am quick to bounce back.

When you like my selections, i am thrilled.
When some stocks don't move, i frown and question my own taste (haha).

I'm operating on a very small scale as compared to LB, HVV and TE.
But i take pride in my work, and do it to the best of my ability. Both physically and morally.

I fight for the best stocks, stare at them for a even longer time and wonder if i picked out the right pieces. I run around that place, grabbing lunch in between, scurry out of that place and rush home to iron the clothes (ok my domestic helper does that for me), pair them up with accessories and decide on the shoes to bring for the shoot with my model. Rush to complete shoot, merge the pics, watermark the pics, collage the pics, reply to enthusiastic customers, in the meanwhile upload the pics, hoping bandwidth won't crash on me. Sending out ML used to be a chore with 9 emails.

I struggled with demanding customers, unprofessional manufacturers, sleep debt and long PO queues. I complain and rant. But i know, at the end of the day, i am truly happy when my customers are.

After typing all these, i just want to say my manufactured piece gave me headache for the past 2 months. I went to them because i trusted them. Ended up causing me more problems. I'm not pointing fingers but this is really like a 'domino effect'. How am i going to account to my customers now?

Even if they agree to a full refund, its time consuming on my end and most importantly, i wont get to deliver the piece to them. I rave and rave about my manufactured pieces but my customers will never get to receive it. Why? Manufacturers end got problem.

Simple problems like these can cause me a few sleepless nights..

Must thank Jesslyn for hearing me out, and supportive friends who are so willing to lend me a listening ear. Not to mention my most loyal and supportive customers (:
